A fresh set of eyes, backed by three decades of hands-on experience.

I’m Paul Turinske, a Business Systems and IT leader with more than 30 years of experience optimizing enterprise technology — including over two decades at KHS USA, Inc., where I served as SAP Business Systems Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst / ERP Administrator, and IT Site Manager / Database Administrator.

I served as master data authority and data conversion lead for a full ECC-to-S/4HANA migration spanning SD, MM, PP, FI, MRP, and EWM, and most recently led an Avalara tax engine implementation in a live S/4HANA environment — automating sales tax calculation, collection, and reporting.

    Every engagement begins with a no-obligation conversation about your systems, data, and goals.

  2. Written Agreements

    A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) comes first, then a Master Services Agreement. Each project gets its own Consulting Agreement, the statement of work that spells out scope, deliverables, acceptance criteria, fees, and timeline — no surprises.

  3. Remote Delivery

    Work happens through Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and shared workspaces — backed by a track record of remote workshops, migrations, and go-live cutovers since 2020.

  4. Confidentiality

    Your data and business information are protected by the signed NDA and the security terms of the Master Services Agreement. My accounts and devices use secure two-factor authentication, in line with most client security policies.

Security

Working securely in your systems.

Remote work only succeeds when it meets your security rules. I follow your policies from day one, and these commitments are written into my agreements, not just promised here.

  • Two-factor everywhere

    My business accounts and devices are protected with secure two-factor authentication, so a password alone is never enough to get in.

  • Your policies apply

    I follow the written security, acceptable-use, and remote-access policies you give me, and sign in the way you require: your identity provider, VPN, virtual desktop, or a company-issued laptop.

  • Only the access I need

    I use my own named account with the least privilege the work requires, and never share credentials. Your team disables my access when the work ends.

  • Your data, handled with care

    I work inside your systems and approved tools, and keep your data only as long as the work needs it. Masked or test data is used wherever practical.

  • Secure, up-to-date devices

    My work computer uses full-disk encryption, current security updates, antivirus protection, and an automatic screen lock.

  • Tested, approved changes

    Remote sessions run through your approved tools. Changes are tested in a non-production environment where practical and released only after you approve them.

  • Sensitive data by agreement

    Payment card, health, government ID, or similar regulated data is handled only after we sign a written addendum that covers it.

  • 72-hour incident notice

    I report any suspected security problem right away, and notify you within 72 hours of confirming any unauthorized access to your data.

  • A clean finish

    Within 30 days after the work ends, I return or securely delete your data and confirm it in writing on request.

Written into every agreement

Every engagement uses the same set of agreements, signed in this order.

  1. Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). Signed before any information is shared. Protects your data, system configurations, credentials, and personal information, and sets the 30-day return-or-delete rule.
  2. Master Services Agreement (MSA). Signed once. Its System Access, Data Protection, and Security section covers named least-privilege accounts, your policies, encryption, multi-factor authentication, security updates, and 72-hour incident notice.
  3. Consulting Agreement (statement of work). One for each project. Sets the scope, deliverables, acceptance criteria, fees, schedule, and the systems and access your team will provide.
  4. International Terms Rider. Added for clients outside the United States. Covers Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA), other privacy laws where they apply, and cross-border data handling.
